Technical description of AC fan DC fan:

AC fans belong to the AC voltage currently 110V, 120V, 220V, 380V and so on.

DC fans are useful for DC voltages ranging from 3.7 to 120v, but the commonly used ones are 3.7V/5V/12V/24V/36V/48V/60V.

One: AC/DC fan manufacturer protection test:

1. Swivel lock protection

1.1 Several fan blades are connected together and fixed to restrict their rotation. If the fan and electronic components are not damaged, and the rotation-restricting components are released, the fan can automatically restart to rotate.

1.2 DC fan For fans with low current or with Auto start function, the fan blades are locked when the power is turned on. After 72 hours, the locked fan blades are released and the fan automatically restarts immediately, which proves that the fan is not abnormal.

1.3 DC fan with high current or fan without Auto start function, can not be locked for a long time, otherwise the fan will be overheated and damaged.

2. Polarity protection

Under normal voltage conditions, if the fan is energized for 15 minutes by reversely connecting the power supply, and then reconnecting with the normal two poles after the power failure, all functions will be normal

3. Free fall

The single body is dropped from a height of 600mm onto a 30mm thick wooden board. Any one and one corner of the 6 surfaces of the fan can withstand the drop test, and it is confirmed that there is no damage.

4. Insulation resistance

Under the condition of 500V direct current, the resistance between the outer frame and the positive pole of the wire is not less than 10MΩ

5. Insulation strength

Under the condition of 5mA leakage current and AC500V for 60 seconds, there is no abnormality between the fan frame and the wire, which proves that the insulation is good.

Two: AC fan test method:

1 Current: The current is measured after continuous rotation for 3 minutes

2 Rotation speed: the speed is measured after continuous rotation for 3 minutes

3 Starting voltage: the voltage at which the fan can be started after turning on the switch "ON"

4 Input power: the input power is measured after continuous rotation for 3 minutes

5 Locking current: the fan of the machine can be locked, and the locking current is measured in the fresh air for 3 minutes.

6 Air flow data and pressure data are measured according to "AMCA standard" or DIN24163 rules. The data is measured in double pressure chambers, and the pressure data on each side of the pressure chamber needs to be measured.

7 Noise standard: The noise standard test refers to the DIN45635 standard. The measurement is carried out in a soundproof room, and the microphone is placed one meter away from the fan.
